Week 1
Awareness & Building Your Foundation
Understanding your relationship with alcohol. You see the guilt the morning after, but rarely the pattern underneath it. This week you map your real triggers: the 6pm wind down, the social pressure, the stress you have been drinking at for years, and you leave with a plan for those moments instead of relying on willpower.
Week 2
The Science of Alcohol
Understanding what alcohol really does. Once you know how it hijacks dopamine, wrecks your sleep and feeds your 3am anxiety, it starts to lose its grip. This is the week most women say the craving changes, because the decision is already made in your head.
Week 3
Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Recovery
Learning to feel without needing alcohol. If you drink to take the edge off, you need something that actually works instead. Simple tools to calm your nervous system and let a craving pass in minutes rather than pouring one.
Week 4
Creating Your Alcohol-Free Identity
Building a life you do not want to escape from. This is the week it stops feeling like restriction. You become the woman who simply does not drink, rather than the one always resisting.
Week 5
Maintaining Momentum
Making this your new normal. You leave with your own plan for holidays, hard days and celebrations, so October does not undo September. You will leave with a new relationship with alcohol and yourself.
